In fiscal year 2006–2007, MZHF distributed grants totaling approximately $2,164,000. Of this total, approximately $995,000 came from advised funds, $448,000 from unrestricted funds, $434,000 from patient care funds, $199,000 from research funds, and $88,000 from education funds.
