About the Fund: Trust & Special Funds

The following list of Trust and Special Funds represent gifts that have been made by patients, family members and loved ones, physicians, and others appreciative of the care and services provided by the UCSF at Mount Zion hospital campus.

Some of these Funds date back decades; others have been created or added to as recently as this past year. Some Funds allocate resources according to established mandates; others provide guidelines that allow the MZHF Board of Directors discretion in how they are disbursed.

Together these Funds comprise an endowment that has far-reaching benefits for the health of the San Francisco community and beyond.
